Salary: $95,000 - $120,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

*Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

What You’d Do in This Role:

As an Associate Creative Director for our Consumer Products team, you’ll drive the creative direction for all print and digital product designs—from packaging to marketing materials. You’ll lead a small but talented creative team, including two production designers, ensuring all projects are on-brand, high-quality, and align with Ramsey Solutions’ mission. You’ll guide the entire creative process, from concept to completion, including photoshoots, production, and press checks. Additionally, you’ll manage the digital marketing design efforts, partnering with a marketing designer to create impactful content that supports business growth and drives our message forward.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 10+ years of experience in print design, packaging, publishing, and digital marketing.
• You’re skilled with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and have a strong understanding of printing processes.
• You’ve successfully led and mentored creative teams, including production designers, ensuring all work meets high standards and aligns with the brand.
• You’ve overseen photoshoots, production, and retouching, always ensuring top-quality output.
• You’re experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams to create marketing materials and product designs that drive results.
• You excel at project management, keeping everything organized, on time, and on budget.
• You’ve led digital marketing design, working closely with a marketing designer to create content that drives online engagement and supports business goals.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Lead the creative direction for all print and digital product designs, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with our brand.
• Direct photoshoots and press checks, ensuring that every product meets Ramsey’s high standards.
• Inspire and mentor a small creative team, including two production designers, and a marketing designer helping them grow while maintaining excellent quality in all projects.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to create innovative marketing materials that align with business objectives.
• Oversee the creation of digital marketing assets, ensuring they’re aligned with our mission and help drive business growth.
