Pay: $16 - $18 per hour (based on experience)

• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism.

• Ensure all repairs adhere to quality standards and are completed promptly.

• Prior experience in cell phone repair or a related field is preferred but not required; we’re happy to train the right candidate.
• A strong passion for consumer electronics and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on fostering positive interactions.
