We are seeking a Medical Assistant to join our pediatric clinic! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
• Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
• Perform routine examinations and procedures, such as spirometry.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as answering telephone calls, scheduling appointments, and verifying insurance information.
• Accurately transcribe medical information into electronic health records (EHR) systems

• No prior experience necessary – we’re happy to train the right candidate
• Willingness to learn
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required
• Medical assistant degree preferred
• Phlebotomy certification preferred
• Ability to reliably commute/relocate to Brooklyn, NY.
